Roll up your sleeves.

The pantry is 100% volunteer-powered. Every box unloaded and every shelf stocked is a neighbor's few hours.

What you might do

There is always something to lift, sort or stock.

Unload and receive

Help receive deliveries in the lot, carry boxes into the pantry and break down empty cartons.

Mornings

Sort and date-check

Sort donated items, check their use-by dates and group them so the shelves can be stocked efficiently.

Any open day

Stock the shelves

Help replenish the shelves and keep groceries organized so volunteers can find the items guests choose.

Before opening

Greet and serve our guests

Welcome our neighbors to the side entrance, help them sign up if they are a new guest or check in returning guests. Aid them in selecting the various groceries and household essentials from our pick ticket. Host our guests to our choice room for additional available fresh items. Pack the selected items for our guests and deliver guest orders. If needed, assist loading in their car.

Monday and Wednesday 8am to 12 noon and Thursday 5pm to 7pm
