Our story
A pantry rooted in community.
Neighbors helping neighbors, two mornings and one evening a week, in a building this township has used for generations.
New Britain Food Pantry is 100% volunteer-powered. Neighbors unload the deliveries, check the dates, stock the shelves and greet the people who walk in — and the pantry opens because they show up.
Our new home
A historic home.
A new chapter.
The pantry operates out of the former Mill Creek School on Pickertown Road.
The building is historic. The pantry's chapter in it is new, and it started the day the first shelves went up.
